What to wear to match A Rose Drink

Every girl loves a Rose drink; it is considered the girl’s cocktail together with its cousin the champagne. You can never go wrong with a bottle of Rose at the end of a summer afternoon, inspired on that Miss Caipi created a refreshing version of a Rose drink perfect for this time of the year.

If you ever get invited to a summer Rose Soiree, I have a good outfit option you can wear for the occasion; Rose inspires sophistication then nothing better than show off that girly side of you in lovely bright colors.

I am wearing an Ever-Pretty printed round neck dress, a good option to go to a more sophisticated summer outdoor party and  I paired with orange sandals, a Yves Saint Laurent pink bag and Dior Sunglasses. Ever-pretty has a great line of affordable ready to wear dresses that you will make a girl looks like a million dollars without breaking the bank.

Since Rose inspires freshness and reminds me the sea breeze, this cocktail was styled accordingly, as bloggers, we need to keep it up with our socials, finding new friends through social media getting to know their tastes. My friend @gladysvitaliano has a fantastic feed where she shares a lot of her beach lifestyle and home decor, it is so inspiring and peaceful to look at her account that I took some of her ideas to decorate my Rose drink. If you look for great home decor tips and healthy lifestyle you should check it out Gladys account.

The cocktail ideas inspirations they come inspired by moments in my life, and I try to associate the names to these moments so that they will be memorable. This one I named after my French teacher Madame Simonne, which you can read a little bit about her story at the post “To Madame with Love” since the name Rose comes from France nothing better than being represented by her. This cocktail will be called Madame 95, according to her age this year.

For this recipe, I used the Isabel Rosé from California which comes in a  light pink color with aromas of strawberry, cranberry and I mixed with Saint Elder Elderflower liqueur and a splash of Saratoga Sparkling water at the end to balance the ingredients to perfection.

Recipe

6 oz of Rosé

2 Oz of Elderflower Liqueur

A splash of sparkling Water

In a champagne flute or a glass of wine combine the chilled rosé, Elderflower liqueur and top it with a splash of sparkling water, if you want you can garnish with a flower.

And voilà, You should be ready to sip the Madame 95 with style and share all the joy with your friends, with the solar eclipse coming on Sunday why not sip a rose drink while watching the moon covering the sun.
