{:en}A pool day at the Hyatt Centric Brickell was a perfect idea after a long week of work in Miami. I certainly had my well deserved relaxing day by the pool enjoying the Hotel amenities and great hospitality.

When I first arrived in the Hotel, I already felt welcomed by the friendly staff at the front desk that directed me to the pool located in the 19th floor of the hotel where all the fun started. I can tell you that it was a windy day but the sun was shining all the time and I could enjoy all the pool amenities without any problems.
Location
The Hyatt Centric Brickell is well located in Brickell where you can find the best restaurants, the Brickell mall and They are all at a walking distance from the hotel. The view of Brickell Bay from the hotel is just breathtaking!
Pool Amenities
The pool has a great view of the Brickell bay where you can relax in the lounge chairs while sipping one of the refreshing cocktails of the menu or a refreshment if you prefer. I started tasting The Cuba Rita made with rum, lime, triple sec, lemon and a splash of pineapple juice. It was definitely a flavored drink and an excellent option to start.
The Hotel has a good size pool that it is able to accommodate all without being overcrowded. The water is at the right temperature according to the weather, and they also have a jacuzzi on the side if you want even more relaxation.
Outfits
I could take advantage of the sunny day to not only enjoy the pool but also to shoot different looks that I tried it on during the day. It was a very windy day, and it was a challenge to capture good shots, but We made it work!
These are the 3 Pool looks:
Look 1- A pink striped one-piece swimsuit, since pink seems to be the colors of the moment and I decided to join the trend and wear a happy color for the day.
Look 2- I wore a crop top from the brand stateofmouth, I just love the way it fitted, and you can be creative and pair the color of the printed mouth with your lipstick since it was orange I used a nude one. I paired with a white bottom and white booties to finalize the look.
Look 3- A more sophisticated one-piece black swimsuit from Salty Mermaid, It is a reversible piece, perfect for saving space in the suitcase since and take advantage of having 2 looks in one.
Cocktails
As a Fashion Mixologist, my favorite part to taste are the cocktails. I found that the menu has cocktails appealing to different tastes witch it is nice to have since not everybody share the same opinion. The menu focuses on tropical cocktails using Rum and Tequila as the leading spirits and a variety of fruits and juices, and it provides well-priced cocktail options. I listed below the 3 cocktails I tasted from the menu:
Pink Dreams 8 -made with Tequila, limes, lemons, and Hibiscus. This was my favorite one for being well balanced to perfection, the hibiscus brings a nice touch to the cocktail helping to balance the other ingredients.
Lovers Punch 8- made of Rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup. If you have a taste for sweet drinks this would be a good option, it mixes a variety of fresh juices with a touch of Rum adding some extra sweetness to it.
Coconut mojito- as what you what you would expect from a traditional mojito with a touch of coconut cream to add an extra flavor to the cocktail. It is super refreshing and a great cocktail option for a pool day!
Food
From the food menu, I tried the Hamburger, Chorizo sandwich and the chopped salad15 with shrimps.
The burger was delicious and well cooked, and it came with a side of crisp fries.
The chorizo sandwich comes with a side of fries, it is well cooked like the burger. If you are a chorizo lover, it might be a great option for you.
The salad is a light and healthy option for a pool day. This one came with greens, tomatoes, avocados, and grilled shrimps. The shrimps were seasoned with garlic and tasted terrific.
I could not miss tasting the dessert, and I had the chocolate mousse with berries topped with vanilla ice cream. After having food and drinks and spent the day by the pool nothing better than some sweets. I just can tell you it was a mouth-watering dessert and I was delighted after all that.
Staff Service
The hospitality plays an excellent role for the Hyatt Centric Brickell , since the time I arrived and greeted at the front desk I felt very welcomed and comfortable in being there. The pool staff does a great job and in providing accurate information, in recommending items of the cocktail and food menus to the guests. I value excellent customer service and honesty at any time, and I experienced this from the beginning to the end while I was at the Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami.
Overall I had a fantastic pool day at the Hyatt Centric Brickell , and I look forward to going back more times anytime I come back to Miami. In case you are planning a trip there, You should consider this hotel as a valuable option for your stay.

Um dia a beira da piscina do Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami foi uma ótima pedida depois de uma longa semana de trabalho anstes de voltar para o frio de NY. Eu tive o meu bem merecido dia relaxante à beira da piscina desfrutando das comodidades do hotel e excelente hospitalidade. E compartilharei a experiência com você neste post.

Quando cheguei ao hotel, eu já me senti muito bem recebida pela equipe simpática na recepção que me dirigiu para a piscina localizada no terraço do hotel. Era um dia ensolarado mas ventava muito, mesmo com todo vento eu pude desfrutar de todas as comodidades da piscina sem nenhum problema.
Localização
A maioria das vezes que eu vou para Miami é a trabalho, e eu sempre gosto de tirar alguns dias de folga para aproveitar o clima e as boas vibrações que a cidade oferece. É bom encontrar um local no centro, onde você também pode desfrutar de um ambiente de praia sem estar na praia. O hotel é bem localizado em Brickell, onde você pode encontrar os melhores restaurantes, o shopping Brickell e várias atrações a uma curta distância do hotel e a vista para a baía Brickell é maravilhosa.
Área da Piscina
A piscina tem uma excelente vista da baía de Brickell, onde você pode relaxar nas espreguiçadeiras enquanto saboreia um os coquetéis refrescantes do cardápio. Comecei experimentando a Cuba Rita feita com rum, limão, triple sec, limão e suco de abacaxi. Foi definitivamente uma bebida saboroza e uma excelente opção para começar. O Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami possui uma grande piscina capaz de acomodar a todos. A temperatura da água é ajustada perfeitamente de acordo com a temperatura ambiente, ou seja, nem muito fria e nem muito quente. Eles também oferecem uma jacuzzi, para os que preferem águas mais quentes.
Looks
Eu aproveitei o dia ensolarado para não só desfrutar da piscina, mas também para fotografar umlooks de piscina. Já que estava ventando muito, foi quase que um desafio para fotografar mas mesmo assim nós conseguimos tirar fotos variadas.
Looks que usei durante o dia:
Look 1- Um maiô rosa listrado, já que rosa é a cor do momento eu decidi aderir à tendência de moda e usar uma cor alegre para o dia.
Look 2- Eu usei uma camisetinha curta da marca Stateofmouth, eu simplesmente adorei o estilo da camiseta, e se você quiser ainda ser mais criativa da pra combinar a camiseta com a usando uma mesma cor de baton da boca. Eu combinei a camiseta com um biquini de lacinho branco e uma botinha branca que está super na moda para finalizar o look.
Look 3- Um maiô de mais sofisticado da Salty Mermaid, é uma peça reversível que tanto você pode usar na cor preta como na cor nude, peça básica pra quem quer economizar espaço na mala já que você tem dois looks em um.desde então e aproveitar 2 looks em um.
Coquetéis
Como uma Fashion Mixologist, vocês já podem imaginar que a minha parte favorita de avaliar são os drinks. O cardápio concentra-se em coquetéis tropicais usando Rum e tequila como os principais destilados misturados com sucos de frutas naturais. Os preços dos coquetéis são bem atrativos comparando com outros lugares no mesmo nível.
Estes são os 3 coquetéis que experimentei no cardápio:
Pink Dreams 8 – feito com tequila, limão, limão e hibisco. Este foi o meu favorito por ser bem equilibrado, o hibisco traz um toque agradável para o coquetel.
Lovers Punch 8 – feito de rum, suco de laranja, suco de abacaxi. Se você tem um gosto por bebidas doces essa seria uma boa opção, ele mistura uma variedade de sucos frescos com um toque de rum adicionando um pouco mais de doce ao drink.
Mojito de coco- mojito tradicional com um toque de xarope de coco para adicionar um sabor extra ao coquetel. uma ótima opção de coquetel para desfrutar a beira da piscina!
Comida
O menu de comida possui opções variadas e apropiadas para comer a beira da piscina. Eu experimentei o Hamburguer, o sanduíche de chorizo e a salada picadam15 com camarões.
O burger estava estava delicioso e cozido ao ponto, e veio acompanhado de fritas.
O sanduíche de chorizo também veio bem cozido e acompanhado com fritas.
A salada é uma opção leve e saudável para um dia de piscina. Esta veio com tomates, abacate e camarões grelhados. Os camarões estavam ao estilo ali e óleo cozidos com perfeicão. Estava uma uma delícia!
Depois de drinks e comida, eu simplesmente não podia deixar de provar a sobremesa, e escolhi o mousse de chocolate com frutas com sorvete de baunilha que estava delicioso!
Serviço ao hospede
A hospitalidade certamente desempenha um grande papel para o Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami, eu percebi desde o momento em que cheguei e fui super bem recebida na recepção e logo me senti bem vinda no hotel. A equipe que presta serviços na piscina faz um excelente trabalho acomodando e servindo os hospedes com excelente atendimento ao cliente. Eu valorizo muito o serviço ao cliente em qualquer momento, e eu posso dizer que esses valorezes estão presentes nos serviços oferecidos pelo Hyatt Centric Brickell.
Eu tive um ótimo dia a beira da piscina do Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami, e com certeza eu voltarei mais vezes quando estiver em Miami novamente. Em caso você esteja planejando uma viagem a Miami, vale a pena considerar o hotel como opção de estádia.
