To “spice” things up, I decided to create a Glogg Caipi. Being fascinated by the wonderful Swedish culture, of course I had to create a caipi inspired by the country’s traditional drink, Glogg. The Glogg is an original Swedish craft non alcoholic mulled wine that entails a warm, sweet, and spiced taste. It is usually consumed during the holiday season, for the cinnamon ingredient is the perfect fix for crafting this alcoholic beverage.
This caipi also adds onto the list of perfect winter drinks and can also become a non-alcoholic beverage by eliminating the liquor ingredient. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Cachaca, Bourbon, or Sake
4 oz of Glogg
1 Cinnamon stick
5 Raisins
4 Walnuts
How to make:
Combine all the ingredients together in a pot and let it boil for a few minutes. Then, pour in a glass.
