Easter Holiday Weekend is here. It is time to get together with family and friends to celebrate the holiday. And if you are planning a brunch or just get together with the loved ones I have a last minute Easter cocktail to share with you.
Where there is food, you will need a festive cocktail to serve. If you are planning in make, your own party Miss Caipi created a smooth and refreshing Easter cocktail for to be enjoyed with your guests. You can have it outside taking advantage of the beautiful weather. The ingredients I used came directly from my cabinet and fridge, and I surrounded the drink by some crazy colored eggs to make my Easter party super fun.
Let ‘s see what kind of Easter Cocktail I came up with!
Recipe
1 1/2 OZ Red Wine
1/4 cup of lemon sorbet
1 tsp of agave nectar light
2 dashes of Vanilla extract
Ice
Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and let it blend until it gets some consistency. You can garnish with whipped cream and M&Ms to make it more fun. Can be done in a pitcher you just need to multiply the recipe according to the number of drinks you want to make it.
For the non-alcoholic version just replace the liquor by unsweetened grapefruit juice.
Hope you enjoy the beautiful weather and the holiday weekend sipping the “Happy Easter Caipi,” with your guests around the holiday. Don’t forget to let us know what you think about the drink and how you enjoyed your holiday, leave your comment in the box below and if you like the recipe click the buttons to share on your favorite media.
