How To Make a Cool Girl Caipi Cocktail

Drinks

Every Cool Girl deserves a Cool Cocktail in her life! then Miss Caipi came out with The Cool Girl cocktail inspired by the blog post, “What is it to be a Cool Girl”,  to pair with the Mr. Nono drink originating:  The Cool Cocktail’s Line.

As The Mr. Nono drink, The Cool Girl cocktail will have different versions according to the season, using a different fruit or a different ingredient. The drink was created personalized according to a Cool Girl’s taste since I am one by heart it was not that difficult to figure out the perfect balance for this one!

I am using Cherry nectar, light coconut milk mixed with Owl’s Brew Coco- lada mixer bringing a tropical taste to the cocktail and as a Spirit, You can use Vodka, Cachaca or Sake if you are looking for a lighter cocktail. The mix came out pretty good, more than I even expected, by the ingredients you would imagine this drink as a girly sweet drink, but in the reality, it isn’t. But You just know if you taste it. So Let’s learn how to make it!

Recipe

1.½ OZ of Vodka or Sake

2 Oz of Cherry Nectar

2 Oz of Coconut Milk

1.½ Oz Owls Brew Cocolada Mixer

Ice

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker, shake well and pour into a glass. You can use a toothpick with 3 cherries to garnish the cocktail if you desire.

For a non-alcoholic version, you replace the amount of alcohol by cherry nectar

I am so glad to finally be able to share this recipe with you, since my birthday is coming I found that this was the perfect time to introduce “The Cool Girl Caipi” and I am sure I will be having one to celebrate one more year in my life, you can read all at the post Birthday Wishes and looks of a Cool Girl! Hope you get a chance to try the recipe too and don’t forget to share and let me know how it was your experience with it.

Cheers Everybody!
